For a Hellenic Local Government

Makis Voridis, Lawyer, Athens candidate mayor and president of the Hellenic Front In a hall packed with people at Athens Holiday Inn hotel, the Hellenic Front presented on 27 November its candidates for the municipal - prefectorial elections of October 2002. More specifically, the heads of the Hellenic Front tickets are:

Yannis Kouriannidis, Bank Official, Thessaloniki candidate mayor The goal of the Hellenic Front is the formation of an efficient National Opposition Front against the continuing national decline, the loss of our national identity, the economic stagnation and putting an end to the invasion of illegal immigrants in Greece. With the main slogans "For a Hellenic Local Government" and "Hellenic, not multicultural, towns", the Hellenic Front will guide the Greek patriots to a path of struggle and victory.

The presentation of the party candidates was made by Spiros Papadopoulos, member of the Central Committee of the Hellenic Front. All the candidates presented in bried their positions for the Local Government. Common component of all the speeches was the determination of the Hellenic Front to defend the Hellenic character of our cities and protect Hellenic Culture from the "cultural incompatibility" of the illegal immigrants.

Christos Charitos, Economist, Piraeas candidate mayor At the top of the Hellenic Front program are:

  1. the fight against criminality, for towns secure for the Greek citizens.
  2. the adequate policing of school complexes, to avoid drug trafficking from out-of-school elements.
  3. social security benefits (allowances, public nurseries, job tutoring seminars) only to Greek citizens.
  4. subsidies to associations which support with their activities Hellenic culture and the Fine Arts.

Kostas Kardaras, Surgeon, Karditsa candidate mayor The candidatures of the Hellenic Front in the largest Greek municipalities and prefectures prove that we are the only voice which expresses with consistency and sobriety the patriotic positions in Greece, giving to thousands of Greek patriots the opportunity to express their opposition to national vassalage, by voting en masse the tickets of the Hellenic Front.

Miltiadis Kremmidas, Businessman, candidate prefect of Eastern Attica, on the forum of the event Makis Voridis in his speech stressed how important are these elections for the formation of a National Opposition Front and asked all Greek patriots to join this struggle behind us. "This is not a struggle of the Hellenic Front for the Hellenic Front. It is a struggle of the Hellenic Front for the Hellenic Nation", he concluded among an enthusiastic atmosphere.
