Hellenic Front president and Athens candidate mayor Makis Voridis met Archbishop Christodoulos on 17th June at 12:00 at the Archbishop's office. The meeting lasted for 20 minutes and Makis Voridis, along with the Communications Head and Athens candidate town councillor Panayotis Doumas, set out to His Beautitude the positions of the Hellenic Front and the ticket "Front for Athens".

Makis Voridis said: "Though patriotic views are expressed by individuals from the entire political spectrum, we considered it was a necessity to develop an independent movement, to rally the supporters of the patriotic ideals and the traditional values of our country, against the levelling threat of globalization. We hope for a much better result from the previous municipal elections".
